the service
Brandsana provides ongoing lightweight brand support: one social post each day, one update to an existing website each month, and support for one program or campaign each quarter. Specific timing and deliverables are confirmed after we review each request.
pricing and eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations receive the service for $0. Social enterprises and other mission-led organizations pay $5 per month. No payment is taken through the intake form. We confirm eligibility, scope, and any payment requirement before work begins.
what is not included
The monthly website update is not a complete redesign, rebuild, hosting migration, or unlimited development service. A campaign is a bounded piece of launch support, not an unlimited marketing engagement. We will flag requests that fall outside the published rhythm before starting them.
your responsibilities
- provide accurate information and usable source material;
- have permission to submit every file, image, recording, logo, and text;
- review work and identify factual corrections promptly; and
- approve material before it is published or distributed.

ending the service
You may stop sending work at any time. We may pause or decline requests involving unlawful content, rights disputes, harassment, deception, unsafe instructions, or work outside the stated scope.
